SRAM cassettes

I'm a newbie to the world of SRAM having been brought up on Shimano. I've now bought a second hand Enduro and need to replace the SRAM cassette which is XD. Are XG cassettes compatible with XD please?

    It does depend on what drivetrain you are running but assuming it's 1x11, most of them will be fine.
