Fulcrum Racing Quattro
Hi all,
I have a query regarding the Fulcrum Racing Quattro (not LG or CX) front wheel hub assembly. I've just serviced the wheels and replaced the bearings and on re-assembling noticed there is no 'dust' cap covering the right hand side of the axle. In other words the bearing is visible, unlike the left (non drive side) which has the pre load bearing collar acting as a cover.
All the parts were put in a tub when I disassembled the hub and all parts have gone back on...so, did I imagine there was a cover? I've checked various Fulcrum parts catalogues and none of them show a dust cover for the drive side. It just seems odd though that the bearing is visible.
Any thoughts?
