CH 52 replacement alternative?

Hi,

It looks like something on my bike has gone. Its all wet inside, and the bearings don't sound good.

The original was a:

CH 52 73x122
ENC BC1.37x24T

I have tried to find a direct replacement, but I'm struggling. What would you suggest?

    Any cartridge bottom bracket of the same dimensions will fit.

    Decoding the info you have:

    CH52 - model
    73 - bottom bracket shell width
    122 - axle length
    ENG BC 1.37x24T - English thread, British standard, 1.37 inch diameter, 24 threads per inch

    A Shimano UN55 would be a good option. Go for the English Thread 73x122.5 option.
