DT Swiss RR21 Dicut opinion needed

Hey guys, i am looking for a light wheels to upgrade the fulcrum racing sport that i have on my infinito (and yes i know i dont need them, but i want it anyway), and i was looking for the fulcrum racing zero, that i can find them around 700euros. Then i found on the wiggle the DT swiss. I am 39 y/o 83kg weekend warrior, that i do mostly climbing mixing with some flat.

I dont really know anything about the wheels so i would like your opinion.
