Hi. Does anyone have any idea what tool i need to fit this?

Think it's covered here:-
You'll need a pin spanner to remove the metal cap
Also if you find that the crank arm isn't coming off with a fair amount of force being used to undue the bolt with the self extracting disk in place you'd be wise to remove the disk and bolt and use a proper crank arm puller to get it off. I've seen 1 or 2 of the disks getting destroyed by someone trying to use gorilla strength to pull the crank off.
Thanks. Got one from park tool the did the job.
I hate self extracting bolts they always feel like they might fall apart on me. I normally dismantle and remove with a crank extractor. Much safer.
-wheel building and other stuff.
