Disc brake wheelset

Looking for suggestions for a disc brake wheelset. Budget is up to £350ish, I’m looking for something that could run tubeless, will handle cx or road and ideally is the centrelock standard. Crucially, the hubs need to be 15mm TA on the front and 12x142mm on the back.

My old R5 are 18 months old now, have done everything, still as true as the day I bought them.My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Or, lighter, but less aero (not that it matters much)

Prime Pro are even lighter and cheaper too:

Have a set on my winter bike, destickered very easily, nice 19mm wide rim, tubeless taped and with valves, all the thru-axle adaptors included in the box.0 -
In the summer I do longer rides up to 50 miles in the summer off road mainly and having killed my front wheel at speed a sizeable rock went for these.

Hope have other similar wheels and a variety of adapters. I went for 32 hole as I weight 100KG being very tall and wanted something durable. They have lighter weight options but I find them fine for road riding as well.0 -
I'd recommend the Cero ARD 23's: https://www.cycledivision.co.uk/cero-ar ... -23mm-7488 - great wheels, light and durable.0

And yet all the questions and description says that they are NOT thru axle compatible and that conversion kits are not supplied or available???0 -
Bitex, miche or novatec hubs can come with the the axle standards you need. So get a set of those and a pair of rims and get them laced up. Rims need only cost you £40 each hubs around £120 to £150 and spokes can add £20 to £60 depending on the spokes.
So this is the simplest solution by far.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0 -
Hope hubs on Hydra rims? Hubs can handle any axle setup, although they are 6-bolt not centrelock.
Not added the cost up so may be over budget.Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's remotely true! - Homer0 -

The Hope hubs are fairly pricey so would likely come in over budget for a custom build but the OP could of course consider Hope's own wheels as linked to above.0 -
DT Swiss RP23s.
Good strong wheels built on a 350 hub.0 -

The Q&A aren't particularly trustworthy, mine are definitely CL but several answers say they are 6 bolt. I suspect they have had a few batches of them and changed the hubs at some point.
What I can say is that I bought a set from Wiggle, and in the box came a 2 tubeless valves, some spare spokes, and a set of thru-axle adaptors, which I'm not using myself as my bike takes QRs.
So appreciate bit of a risk if you really need thru-axle, but that's mitigated somewhat because 1. Its Wiggle so free returns if not included and 2. They are just rebadged Novatec hubs so you could source an adaptor set yourself anyway.0 -

Thumbs up for DT Swiss, I went for r-32s, they come with adaptors for different axel types (good if you have a QR and thru axel) and adaptors for both centre lock and bolted rotors, and they're tubeless.
