I asked this before but not much response ill try again.
Between the two bikes which one would be better?
I know they are quite similar in terms of components.
But Which one has better wheels?
Any help to decide would be nice.

The cube looks like a better spec to me, and also looks better in my opinion.

What about the wheels, which has better? Last bike I bought had very bad wheels.

It isn't really possible to say, both have 'generic' own brand wheels which, at the budget end of the market aren't great. They should however, be OK and fit for purpose. If you want much better quality branded wheels you'll be talking of paying £200 upwards just for the wheelset.

Can't comment on the Cube, but have had a Trek 1.2 before and its a fantastic bike very comfortable and great to ride.

Both bikes are pretty similar in terms of spec. If it were me, I'd go for the Trek - slightly lighter bike and white shows up the dirt. The Cube also has internal cable routing which can be a pain when re-cabling.

No one has mentioned frame size and geometry...if it were me I'd get the one which is closest to my ideal geometry/size as same size frames do vary across makes. E.g. I'm a generic medium/54cm but ideally want a 545mm eTT with 73.5 seat tube angle.

That would be opening up a can of worms... :D

Bontrager are Trek’s in house wheels, but it only says “Bontrager approved alloy rims” whatever that means, however from the two choices, I’d say go for the Trek.
