Just received my new Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1 2018 this week from an online retailer and I've noticed the seat is not dead straight to the top tube it runs slightly to the left . The D-Fuse seatpost that comes with it is D shaped and cannot be rotated like a round seatpost.
I don't know if its a fault with the seat post or frame, has anyone come across this sort of problem with the Giant Defy D-Fuse design .
Awaiting a reply from Giant after sending photos of this problem to the bike shop.

Mine was dead straight? Sounds like a manufacturing issue.

Could be a misaligned clamp on the D-Fuse seat post, or a misaligned D-Fuse seat tube. Substitute another D-Fuse seat post.

On close inspection of the seat post I do think its a misaligned clamp on the D-Fuse seat tube. Spoken to the bike shop today and they are sending out a new seat post.
They've also said if this doesn't fix the problem they will replace the bike .
