New Di2 Not Connecting from PC to Di2 Junction Box

I just got my Di2. It looks like the Battery Charger is charging properly but when I try to connect my PC to the Junction Box using the Battery Charger (SM-BTR2) my PC doesn't recognize the Junction Box (SM-EW90 A/B). I'm using e-tube software and no recognition. Shouldn't the SM-BRT2 connect to the Junction Box?
