On the twitter at the moment, UCI are bringing in video comissaires for a large chunk of pro race calendar, because of the "Sagan Incident"

    Bunch of weirdos! No body has an opinion on massive changes to race rules and their implementation?

    They’re sensible changes which won’t change the races themselves, just how the rules are upheld. So there’s not much to say really.
