Seized freehub on a campag chorus 9 speed hub.
Hi going to attempt to dissemble this to see if It can be mended somehow....
Found this guide:
http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/article/h ... hub-23757/
Are there any exploded diagrams still online of the internals or list the different models?
Im not sure what model/year the hub is it just says campagnolo chorus on the bit non driveside near the quick release, the centre hub bit is plain. The cassete fitted was 9 speed.
Doesn't loot the same as the velobase ones
The freehub is completely sized won't turn all all

It's very likely the bearings inside the freehub have seized. They'll probably need extracting and replacing rather than a simple regreasing of the pawls.
This might help http://forums.roadbikereview.com/components-wrenching/got-rough-bearings-your-campy-casette-body-117263.html. Bear in mind the bearing sizes might be different from above article depending on which freehub you have. The size should be stamped on the bearing. If not, just measure the inner/outer diameter and thickness and order replacements.
Bearings are much easier to press out if some heat is applied to the outside of the freehub.0 -
Fixed it was missing a circlip on the frehub body thanks.0
