Cadiz to Avignon in 2019

I am exploring a return to Europe in 2019. I have been looking at EuroVelo Route 8 to go from Cadiz, Spain to Route 17 and then on to Avignon, France. We spent 2017 there and loved the area. So far I have not found detailed maps on the EuroVelo site. Does anyone know if such maps exist and where to find them?

Appears the EV8 route isnt finished yet.

Why dont you just plot up your own route on RideWithGps etc? back in the day, i cycled from southern Spain to Roscoff with a few Michelin maps and just stuck to minor roads.
