Stelbel or others?

Hello all,
From looking at numerous reviews online, the Stelbel bikes seem to be very popular and very well regarded. Have any of you fine people in Forum Land any experience of these bikes? How do they compare to local offerings from Saffron, Donhou etc? Although they look great, I am wondering whether anything beats sitting down with a local builder and designing your bike with them.

For what its worth, I have a Donhou. Absolutely love it, can’t fault it in any way.0
