Giant XTC SE MPH3 brakes need bleeding

Hi.

I have a Giant XTC SE that's around 10 years old. I need to bleed the brakes which are MPH3 I think. Can anyone help me with a clear guide on what items I need to buy and how to do it, please? I've spent considerable time online, emailing Giant etc. with little progress.

I can provide the frame number if this helps.
