Planning a training camp with a team of about 15 and wondered if anyone had any recommendations for accommodation. Ideally situated between some decent training roads and maybe a pub and that doesn't cost mega money. Any help much appreciated, cheers.

Yes I've stayed there before.. got spot for cycling as you come out of the town straight into a nice warm up climb0 -
Yeah Playa des Ingles would be fine. Next to that you've Melonares and Maspalomas also to go at. As stated access to routes is good with the road to Fataga (heading north from any of the above resorts on the gc60). Once your on the 60 navigation is very easy. You can also head along the coast from these resorts ( you will need lights for the tunnels though).
There are 2 Free Motion stores in the area that you could use for maps, bike hire etc and may be useful if you need parts (well stocked and very helpful each time I've been). Cheers Gazif it ain't rainin.....it ain't trainin
Stick your 'rules' up your a%se0 -
I stayed here before http://www.becordial.com/
think I booked via expedia though. Great location and as gaz says above the GC60 is a great road. Used that up to Fataga every day, very good riding on the island although missed out on Pico de las Niavas while I was there last time.0 -
Cheers for the replies chaps, much appreciated. Group of 10 of us booked up for late February, can't wait.0
