Windproof jacket

Hi guys,
I'm looking for the most breathable windproof fabric. The idea is to buy light jacket with veeeeery long sleeves (I'm tall and skinny and everything on my is either baggy or sleeves are to short). Doesn't have to be waterproof. I've heard good opinions about pertex but maybe you know even better material? Or maybe you can even recommend a perfect jacket for me Thanks!

If you have the money then the Castelli Perfetto is very good - it uses Gore Windstopper fabric. It's an evolution of the Gabba, which is very well regarded. I just bought one and I'm finding atm I can go out with that and just a long sleeved thermal baselayer underneath.
I bought the convertible version - two jackets for the price of one. Strange things is, the colour I got (blue) was around half the price of the other choices (from Chain Reaction), which is why I chose it.
Bear in mind that it's quite a tight, race-style, fit.0 -
Got a Catelli Velo (think it's been replaced this/last season) which is as light as a feather and folds into half a pocket. Nicely windproof and a great emergency layer if caught in a shower. Heavy or sustained rain will go through it though. It is very breathable0

you could always layer up with this an use an existing jersey https://www.edzlayering.com/products/edz-innershell-shirt-windproof-jacket-black-with-orange-offset-zip?variant=4995634490

I've just bought a Perfetto and whilst only worn it twice I'd recommend it. A breezy, wet and 2 degrees ride last Thursday was perfectly comfortable with just a (thin) merino base layer underneath.0

I've had a Gabba which was a great top however I recently picked up one of these 7mesh Corsa jerseys. It's got a race fit and the arms are long. It breathes really well and although I usually wear it on it's own I've had it down to - 2 with a light baselayer underneath. Definitely one of if not the best bit of kit I've ever had.

Thanks guys for your thoughts. After careful consideration I wen with Cumulus Windy Wendy. It has no pockets and it's not cycling specific jacket but it comes with very good price aprox 90 euro and has some ultra light ultra breathable material (in theory at least). I'll know more once I get it in my hands.

Ok... it will be interesting to see if the non cycling cut works on a bike.
This is the same material (I think) with a cycling cut and cheaper - but it's your choice.

Thanks for the last link, it's great alternative when fit won't be good. Fabric is almost the same, air permeability should be exact match but this quantum gl seems to be lighter. Here is some technical info:

I found also interesting information on Castelli official website. They gave superleggera 3 out of 5 stars in terms of breathability, whereas similar sempre jacket scored 4 stars and uses different fabric - DWR schermo. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any info on that...0 -

Just got one of these from someone on here. It is very very good. Can wear it with just a good base layer underneath down to 5 degrees might need an extra layer below that. The sleeves are cut longer than usual. Don’t think it is made anymore so there are some good prices around at the moment.0
