Lapierre Zest Carbon Frame Bolts?!

Hi There,
I finally got round to replacing all the frame bearings in my 2012 Lapierre Zesty. Problem is i cant find anywhere the torque settings for the frame bolts!
Looked in the user manual and online but cant anything!
Anyone got this frame and know or can share some advise? Dont want to get it wrong....

If in doubt, measure bolt diameter and use this chart

5mm bolt on seatpost clamps are marked typically 5 or 6 nm so I can agree with that table.
None of this rocket science, do not exceed max and all should be well0
