Hi guys. First post. Have abit of a hobby of scouting eBay and buying various bike parts Mountain and Road. Have recently completed (except bar tape) a Litespeed Siena road bike. Full Shimano Ultegra 6800 groupset and Mavic Kysrium wheels. Ritchiey pro bars and seatpost. It currently has a Brooks saddle on which probably doubles the weight of the bike.
I’m just wondering what value you reckon the bike is worth now it’s built. I really want a Landrover Defender so I’m in the process of liquefying my assists so to speak. All advice welcome. I’m attempting to add some pics. Hopefully they come through.

Anyone advise the best part of the forum to post this?0

If it's a valuation you're after, then the forum rules say you can't have one. Stick it on ebay with a reserve and see if it reaches it..0

Overlap at the joints on that woodchip is ridiculous0

Do you mean liquidating your assets?
It's a strange route you have chosen to make money. Most people tend to do the opposite: dismantle bikes and sell the components, as they are generally worth more than the bike they come from.
Controversially, I do like the Brooks B17 you have on... in case you want to take the bike apart again...left the forum March 20230 -
Sorry, but that looks like a dogs breakfast.
As Uno says, I’d split it and flog the parts, might make 6-700 quid0 -
£400 as a winter trainer/communter. Would have been £50 more if it didn't have a compact chainset on.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am
