Dale supersix evo disc wheel upgrade

Hi. Have just recently upgraded to a supersix and am looking to upgrade the wheel set to a set of carbons. If I am honest I am not the most clued up on bike tech so could so with some suggestions. Budget is no more than £500, though I could maybe stretch a bit more if the difference was worth it.

I tend to cycle around 50k a day in general and in lighter months, I tend to do this every day.
