Right so I have a Carrera Kraken 2015 and I love it but I want to get a full suspension frame and I was looking at the Banshee XXX frame would this be possible or would I have to change a few parts out?

I seem to remember the XXX was 160mm travel.

    What's the Kraken? 120mm.

right my current forks are Suntour XCR-32 LO Coil 27.5” - 1.1/8 Steerer and the banshee XXX has 1.1/8 forks also my bike currently has a semi-integrated headset so would you advise me to buy a new headset or talk out my current one. Also, I cannot seem to find anything about the bottom bracket

I would say headsets and BBs are the least of your problems.

Travel and wheel sizes are a bit more fundamental.

Even if you transfer fork and wheels over, it will be a pig. Assuming a 27.5 wheel will fit the rear.

I belive that the wheels size is a 26' but i think i could fit 27.5 if not ill change to two 26s

It will still ride like a pig. A burly bike designed for 160mm travel is going to be horrible with spindly 120mm forks. The front end will be really low, as will the BB height.
    Why that old frame?

A decent 160mm fork will set you back a grand or more. If you can find a set for 26er wheels.

Just walk away and find something more suitable, that has 120mm travel and uses the right wheels.
