    Ciao

Turns out I went to bed at 9 last night. Still tired.

Coffee in my mug in front of me, having some cookie crunch cereal then scramblies. Then bike ride in and POET day today so either the gym or long cycle ride - will see how the weather goes.

yay .. dress down friday AND its solid ice out side ..... so I can wear normal clothes to work on the bike without sweating or having to get changed

Too cold to sweat ... to icy to push it .. .and empty roads because everyone was scraping their cars and not driving them

  • Went for a run last night with the current C25K group in our club but instead of getting tangled up in the crowd went hard and got my 5km PB instead.

Then went for a pint in the pub and ended up there until 11.30 having had several more. Slow start today...

Morning. Rain falling on the car encased it in ice this morning, took ages to chisel it off. Went to look at some trees, they were nice so no shouting was involved, back in the office now for coffee and bacon. Trying to have a valuation done but all the base data from the managers is wrong, 30ha of mature trees have reappeared despite the fact we cut them down and replanted them in 2015?!

A mate of mine is selling me a pickup for one of the guitars, he asked his OH to post 'the black and cream pickup' on his desk. He got home last night and she had spent an hour getting worked up looking but couldn't find it. Turns out she was searching for a toy car...

You can get shandy down at the offy.

Afternoon, busy morning dealing with all sorts not helped by my shoulder starting to give me jip again. Not going to get a December trip to Wales in at this rate :( Off out in a bit for someone's retirement lunch, whoopee.

    Afternoon folks,
Been out on a jolly for most of the day. Came in to do some work first thing then have been up in London watching some filming being done then back for a lazy afternoon. Quite cold standing around in the shade, but a lovely clear day. Now I should be catching up with work rather than this place. Going to the pub with the Mrs shortly.

Cool, windy ride was had. I'm fooked. I think I took in too many hills for a man in my condition but if one wants a tail wind home...

Laters maybe making sure the couch is comfy.

Didn't know you are a groupie VN.

Just beginning to watch Tears for Fears on Radio 2 in concert - Lorde is sending shivers down my spine.

    It's gonna be so good.

It was work, not my alternative career of 1970’s game show host.

    So what's new?
