How to connect Galaxy S7 with Ant+

I'm about to receive my Kickr Snap and intend to use it solely with my Galaxy S7 and offline downloaded Trainerroad workouts.

Other hardware to be connected: Garmin HR sensor and Garmin cadence sensor, each of which is Ant+ but not Bluetooth, as I understand.

I know that the phone has Ant+ built in, but do I need to install an App to allow it to talk to my three devices? And if so, how do I know which of the many apps, that are available, to install, without accidentally getting a dodgy app on my phone?

Any help appreciated, thank you!

I found the ANT+ app useful for getting it to connect and work. You don't need it every time, just for initial set up.

I use an S7 too.

Used that app myself on my S7 which now pairs up with Strava seamlessly, GarminFit doesn't play ball cause it is designed around GSC-10 sensor whereas I have the newer seperate speed and cadence sensors.
