Travel insurance for timed event

Hi,
In just less than a couple of weeks I'm doing the 94.7 Cycle Challenge in Johannesburg, South Africa - it's a time event, full road closure and a big event with approx 25K riders.
Can anyone recommend travel insurance that will cover such an event?
I suppose it's similar to a sportive in the UK e.g. Ride London with the difference that local Pros also participate. However, they start together in the first group but I'm not sure if that changes the "type" of the event in terms of insurance.
