Hi All.
Anyone running a Brand X dropper seat post, I have used a few different droppers now and been slightly disappointed with reliability and play in them( Rockshox and Giant ) and just wondering what the Brand X are like.

There was a review last week on Pinkbike (branded differently but the same post) that rated it highly, given the current price it's worth a punt.YT Wicked 160 ltd

Now £89.99 on Wiggle and Chain Reaction which is a bargain.
I've got the dropper post and find it works great. Initially it was a little reluctant to drop down but now goes up and down easily.
Fitting was easy.
Loads of positive reviews on sites like Wiggle and CR.
Well worth buying.0 -
I have 2 ... an internal on the habit and an external on the meta ... both fine0

Internal one on my Mowgli, works great. Original 'shifter style' lever felt a bit cheap and i eventually broke it, but CRC sent out a brand new one with a new design no questions asked. Dropper is brill though.Framebuilder

Hi All.
Thanks for the replies, just ordered one and see how it goes, my Giant one most definitely isn't the best.0 -
I run the original brand x dropper on my Nukeproof Mega AM. It has been flawless in the 12 months I have had it. Only had to change the cable once and that was due to me not setting it up correctly. It is easily just as good as the other main stream brands. Fast and responsive. Bargain if you ask me0
