GT Grade brake problems

Hi all!
I bought a new GT Grade Alloy 105 a couple of months ago from a shop online. It came with TRP HY/RD hydraulic disc brakes which seem to get good reviews. HOwever, I have found that the inner pad sticks onto the rotor. The problem is intermittent. I have taken it into a local shop who have adjusted the pads and tweaked the caliper positions but to no lasting effect. Having been warned about pulling the brakes when the wheel is off which could cause the pistons to stick, I have been careful not to do that.
Now I'm not a techie and my only idea might be that this particular piston is sticking. I can't explain it any better than that and so to my questions(s). Could it be a sticky or faulty piston? Are there any other possibilities? Is this a likely fault?
Any help or hints would be great.
Thanks
Ian

Sounds like a sticky piston. I have the exact same bike and the pistons are spot on.
...however, I do get a lot of shudder from the front brake. i think that's down to the Qr axle over the Thru axle of the carbon frame'ed Grade.
I also switched to sintered pads and the bite is phenomenal.0
