to fit what?
you could get a longer one and chop a bit off each end...

Thanks. It’s to fit a std road bike (dropouts for a 700c front wheel) but it’s for a work stand. If the dropouts are, day, 5mm and the gap is 100mm I am thinking the max length of the axle would be 110mm.0

If it's to fit a standard road bike wouldn't a standard axle work?
And AFAIK front QR is 9mm.I don't do smileys.

yeah, just use a standard 9mm front axle...

you'll need either to add nuts or a sleeve to set 100mm spacing for the inner faces of the dropouts to press against when the qr is tightenedmy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
Thanks
That’s what I thought but the instructions for the build say 10mm so the sleeve doesn’t fit.
I’ve concluded I need to redesign the sleeve to fit a 9mm axle.
