So the clocks have gone back.

And since last spring, everyone's forgotten how to drive in the dark.

It's just a hill. Get over it.

    Wait until it's also wet.

    Personally, I find it depressing to know I'll be cycling back home in the dark for the next 5 months.

    My heart bleeds, it's been a constant feature of my commute for the last five years but then so has a ride to work in daylight, that's a 2-10 shift for you.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    I like the night .. everything feels quicker ...... and its more scary when you cut across the downs and the whisps of mist are hanging in the trees and bushes and you cant see whats around the next bend or where the patch narrows and drops between the hedge row

    the downside is what ever I wear makes me look like a commuter .. I need better winter clothing
  • Currently trying to work how I went so fast on pitch black forest paths last year. I think a sense of self preservation has crept in.

    Won't last.
