    Evening all,
    Meeting at hospital was better than it could have been but not great. It's incurable, but hasn't spread to liver or lungs as was possible, all over guts though. He was in good spirits and feeling optimistic though. Hopefully get him home soon.
    Bit of excitement afterwards. Stopped for a pint with my sister at a pub on Wimbledon Common and heard a load of commotion in the road. Went out and a moped gang had smashed a car window and nicked a laptop bag, a woman was parking and twigged what was going on and started hooting her horn. Unfortunately they got away but were interrupted at least.

    I think this plays a huge part in prognosis, the attitude of the patient. Sad to hear that it's incurable, but it seems there are some positives.
