Changing the Damper in a Rockshox Monarch

I have got a Rockshox Monarch RT3 190x51 rear shock which i bought for my current frame about 6 months ago. I am now replacing the frame with a new one which requires a 200x51 shock.
Rather than replace the shock with a new one, i was looking at replacing the Damper/IFP with a 200x51 instead. Has anyone done it and know what it would involve?
