I don't have any winter bibs because they look too stupid.
Any alternative winter cycling trousers to recommend?

Cheap and cheerful - no need to fork out for expensive brands

I've used Ron Hill's during the winter for the past 15 years or so. Got no complaints. When it gets really cold I just stick on a pair of merino long johns underneath0 -
What's stupid about winter tights ? Makes perfect sense and to me don't look much different from Ron hills.0

It's just an awful look. I was hoping for cycling specific trousers for the cold and wet, but not skin tight fitting. Is there such a thing?Superstition sets the whole world in flames; philosophy quenches them.

Ive been using the rapha 3/4 shorts over most of past few months, really like them, even down to around 10C I guess they would be fine, just get long socks. Otherwise I use the Showers Pass trousers when it rains

All cycling kit looks stupid if you think hard enough about it. Tights are no worse than the rest of it.Pegoretti
Colnago

I hear you, but usual summer is just shorts and a top. Looks fine while on the bike, especially if you adhere to The Rules, to any degree. But tights LOL.Superstition sets the whole world in flames; philosophy quenches them.
