Hello,
I've just bought myself a downhill MTB and am looking at getting into it seriously. I've been riding MTBs for years.
I've been to Whistler and ridden green and blue trails. However, am worried that DH trails (in the UK) will be too challenging.
Does anyone have any advice? Are there any easy-is trails in the UK to build my confidence?
Cheers.

Stay off the black trails to start and you'll be fine.
Considering that you're planning on getting in to the most technical and highest risk form of mountain biking it's well worth getting to your local DH trail and making some friends to learn from.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
Guy hasn't logged in since his first post.
Either he lost interest quickly, or tried the black and died.I don't do smileys.
