powerful rear light with side visibility?

Hi I am looking for a rear light with the following characteristics:
1. very good side visibility
2. also for day rides so minimum 100 lumen
3. can clip on my backpack or vest so with a belt clip
There are powerful lights like Lezyne Strip Drive PRO 300, but no belt clip and not so good side visibility.
So far I have found Cateye Rapid X3 with 150 lumen for day rides and with very good side visibility. Though, 150 lumen is only on steady mode when flashing drops to 50 lumen. Also you need to buy extra the belt clip and an adaptor and is so difficult to source all form the same shop...
any other suggestions?
