Narrowest Stem

Looking for a narrow stem for my Specialized Aero bars, so I can fit a Garmin mount on the bars, at present I have a 110mm FSA SLK stem and I have to have the bars over to the right by about 2mm to get the mount to fit, I have been looking at the Fizik Cyrano R1 Road Stem but can't seem to find how wide the Clamp width is, Has anyone got this stem and could measure the width for me or has anyone got these bars and got a different solution
I'm using a Garmin Edge 1030

Can't you mount the Garmin on top of the stem with the o ring mount ?

Get one of these http://edge-mount.bike/?product=mount-18-xl then have a local machine shop larger the holes to 19mm centres and away you go. Tidiest solution by a long way

Hi Yes I could but would much rather have it out front
