I've just aquired a second hand mag resistence Elite trainer. It came with a trainer tyre, but I can see that being a royal pain in the a*se if i want to head out on a whim. Do people have any recomendations on using a 2nd wheel?

    Cheapest possible thing from the sales or out of a skip that fits your cassette. Doesn't even have to be true as you can just realease the caliper.
