Hi folks,

Can anyone advise a magazine or website that publishes technical findings?

Here's a bit more detail;

I have completed a project developing what we are calling a 'Dynamically Weighted Bicycle Wheel'. This was undertaken as my MEng dissertation. I have written a short 2 page document outlining the project findings. This gives an interesting insight into the application of such a device. I am looking to publish the document to give insight into the technology for potential use in cycling products.
