Hi!

Looking for any bike up to 1000 pounds. Usually Im biking in forest, small mountains etc. Not really really big jumps etc.

I would like to have bike for future - I mean bike which I can rebuild / exchange for better parts in the future etc.

The Bossnut is a trail bike not an XC bike, as is the Fathom, and a 27.5 is certainly not XC.

So what sort of bike do you really want?
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
  • Is that true that XC is lets say "a bit more universal bike" than trial?

Im looking for bike for this kind of riding:

    Of course in amateur version.

The Calibre. FS is just nicer for general trail riding, and that's a bargain. As well as being a good bike.
    I don't do smileys.

No, the other way round, XC is faster and flatter, Trail is XC with a bit more gnarly added in.
Both those videos are XC, this a bit more towards trail riding.
