Where can I find hub end caps?

Hello, I just received some new wheels from Yoeleo but apparently they sent me the wrong end caps for the front wheel so the lock ring for the disc rotor can't get through. Can I find universal ones that will fit the Yoeleo hubs (M31) after measuring them? Or do I just need a different rotor lockring diameter?
I am talking about these things:

Don't you need to use an external tool rotor lockring at the front? The endcap is going to be sized to fit the axle.

Hmm, what is that? We tried to use the lockring that came with the rotor. The back wheel worked fine, here are some photos that showcase the issue: https://imgur.com/a/othXe

    One of these:

Uses a bottom bracket tool rather than a cassette tool.

Ok, thanks I will check to see if that works!

Actually I don't think that would work since the end cap is taking the whole space on the hub. So the lockring would not be able to screw inside the hub. They probably need to send me an end cap with smaller diameter or I need to find one online with the same specs.

It should work, the tool attaches to the lockring from the outside rather than the inside, so it has a lot more clearance.

If they are new wheels and they have sent you the wrong bits, then why not just ask them to send you tge right bits?

    Or am I missing something?

Well they are from China and they have holidays at the moment + add the shipping delay. I took it to a workshop and they cut it to the correct diameter, it works now.
