Ombra brand?

Does anybody know anything about the brand Ombra. I picked up a nice bike Ombra SQ-01. It is a carbon frame, feels quite stiff and has a nice direct ride. It is fitted out with Dura-Ace 7900, 4ZA carbon braket and a Dura-Ace C24 wheelset. The only other reference I could find via Google was a link in Poland for the same bike fitted out with Ultegra.
