on one Makutskill altenative

Hi Guys

Unfortunately i managed to snap my Canyon Frame over the summer. The On One Makutskill (?) would be a perfect straight swap but is there an alternative I ve missed?

Looking for
*short travel (i have a 100mm fork)
*NOT boost
*1000 gbp max
*for southern trail centres, dartmoor, bit of bikepacking.

Anything else out there?

    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    In your position I'd be scanning eBay and the classifieds for good quality and condition frames.

    Luckily I found a Tallboy Alloy frame from Stif for less than half price

    That'll do nicely. I ve always wanted a Santa Cruz!

    Sweet, not quite the hardtail I thought you were looking for, but nice nine the less. I remember when a mate had one of the first Tallboys in the UK.

    I had assumed a HT would be my only option but I'm pleased to say it wasn't.

    Still going to have to find something else if i do another summer season but...that bridge can be crossed later
