29er MTB on Turbo Adapter?

I have an Elite Supercrono Turbo trainer that I use with a 26" MTB.
I'd like to use my 29er MTB instead, but the back wheel is a 12mm thru-axle and is flush at either end with the frame (screws in with allen key). So when in the turbo, there is nothing for it to attach to.
Is there some sort of adapter that I can use?

you get adaptors for through axles. they have different thread sizes so you need the right one depending if you have a maxle or an X12 etc.0
