Giant Defy Advanced seatpost upgrade

Hello, I need a new seatpost for my Giant Defy Advanced 3 2016 - it uses the D-fuse seatpost which is D shaped. Will any seatpost work (because of the tube shape) and also is 27.2mm the correct diameter?

    erm no, the seat tube is D shaped so the seatpost needs to match, as far as I can tell only Giant product a suitable seatpost

    I need the zero setback one and can't seem to find it anywhere...bummer.
