Broken thru axle

The 12x142 Thru axle on my cube attain 2017 rear wheel has a crack in the end part/ring and I'm wondering if I need to buy a specific cube axle or are they all compatible?

    Weird timing... I took off the front wheel to fit a 28mm tyre yesterdy and found the plastic ring/washer was split. I simply used my torque wrench set to 10nM to re-fit and did an intense 25min ride before dinner without issue.

    It was the first time I've taken a wheel completely off my Cube, so no idea if that ring/washer is meant to be split or not.

    Cube stockists say £50.
    Mine is just under a year old so can wait and see if it comes under the warantee via Tredz then Cube but this means not having a bike to use whilst they inspect the axle.

    Tempted to just buy one to speed it up, but unsure if axle above will work. It looks the same.

    £30, just check it's the correct length and thread pitch, I'm pretty sure one of the options has feedback saying it fitted Cubes perfectly.

    Not used thru axles -but I think the split is meant to be there ?
