    Are you basing your choices on just looks of the frames ? The bars and stem on the Venge are fugly man.

    But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

    What will you use the bike for ?

    That's a lot of cash for what appears to be the first road bike.

    I did say i would get used to save money. This is why i stay away from forums.

    Is it your first road bike ? Any bike thats say £500 or more will be a decent bike. A 3k bike won't last 6 times longer or be 6 times as fast etc....

    If you're in the UK then I'd go for a bike with full mudguards for the winter. Or you won't ride it much. Or not for very long.
