Hi
Another bike, another BB standard..
I just want to make sure I understand this correctly, PF30 and 386EVO BB's are essentially the same width and use same bearings etc, only the distance between the bearings is different. In PF30 it's 73mm shell & 386EVO it's 86mm
So I can use a PF30 BB in a 386EVO shell? The only problem might be the inner liner that connects the two bearings & keeps the crank axle free from dirt
Before I splash the cash on a nice BB adapter, is this right?

Yes. Better PF30 kits have a sliding liner that adapts to different shell widths.0
