ok, so at the moment i have a 6 year old biacnhi impulso aluminium with campag veloce, which to tell truth i am quite happy with. At moment i am consdiering upscaling to carbon frame, i have seen a very good second hand wilier GTR with campag athena for £1k. I cycle about 100miles/week for fitness and enjoyment, is it worth moving up to this, or even just invest in a decent set of aftermarket wheels? Opinions requested

I’d be tempted to spend on some better wheels first. If you decide to get a carbon frame later you’ll already be set that way. And if you’re happy with the frame and setup, why change?
On the other hand, of course, it’s always nice to have something new

I'd be tempted to find a wee bit more cash and buy something new in the sales. A grand is still a fair bit for a second hand bike imo0
