No ride or cafe
Today is a park run with the eldest rugrat - which will be painful as I think I have a sports hernia
Then it's off to visit the grandparents, need to be back quick though as the neighbours are having an all day party0 -
Tired and yawning in the kitchen as coffee putt putt putts on the stove - need to get backside in gear to get out on bike.
Apart from that, Bambini related things and maybe a weights session later. Deffo no running.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Morning folks,
Traditional slow start is being enjoyed. Couple of pints with the Mrs after work last night then as both kids were out for the night went home and watched a film whilst having another drink.
Bit of stuff to do around the house today and out for a late lunch for the lads birthday.0 -
Just got back from ride - lovely out there
Onto domestic chores.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Hot day. Record September temperature apparently, up in the mid 30s. Cleaned pool, tidied up stuff in the garage. Packed some bike bits away which won't be needed any time soon. Re-installed some hand railings I'd stripped and painted up.
Concrete work again tomorrow though apparently. Grrrr.Open One+ BMC TE29 Seven 622SL On One Scandal Cervelo RS0 -
Woke up this morning to find a van parked in our neighbours hedge. Someone must have had a heavy night last night. Phoned the cops non emergency line, they didn't want to know and told us to get in touch with Bromley council. I guess it'll be there till sometime next week then
In Bromley picking up supplies and suppling a goldfish bowl sized Costa drink. Need to get something for Stropteen as she turns 16 tomorrow. Will also finally get round to buying myself that hockey mask and chain saw for answering the door.
On the upside my mate called me to say he's got the £650 he owes me for that furniture I sold him in June. I expect a decent coffee as well when I drop by..."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -
Just warming up and making sure I'm faster than my friends when they approach with gaffer tape, a razor and a mankini. I'm only worried about one of them who is a triantelope but he's not the gaffer taping sort, and in any case, I must have 15 kg on him, so can probably chuck him in the river. The rest of them would be blowing out of their arses after 150 metres of running.
Hopefully we're too old for that shyte and can just get quietly p!ssed in a variety of riverside pubs and head home nice and early. However, I doubt it...0 -

The council have very usefully stuck a ticket on the van in our neighbours hedge...."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

We used to have Hooch evenings - 8/9 pints of normal beer then hit the Hooch. 10 of them was a normal night.
Fekkk me mistakes were made and heads properly hurt after a Hooch night.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

When I was happy my burd at the time perforated her stomach lining during Mad Dog. Looked really painful for her.
Turns out in the end she deserved it. Quel domage.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am
