Right side trapezius pain!

Hello, I’m riding with a Giant Defy 54cm i am 5’10” got the bike fitted and i made minor adjustment but my right side traps hurts and is very tense! The pain goes away as soon as I stop(after a few minutes) the hub is hidden by the bars so I think I am not reaching too much. Also have a 90mm stem.
I was thinking on getting a 80cm 8 degree stem?? Any advise?
My lower back hurt a bit on my last ride so not sure what is going on :(

    Undo your minor adjustments and ask your bike fitter

    Thanks! I made the changes after the shoulder pain. It helped a bit but not enough. I’ll talk to the fitter and hope he can fix it
