Can anyone help me with this question please. Tom Dumoulin won the world pro TT race this week and is now the proud holder of a rainbow jersey. My question is this, will he be allowed to wear the rainbow jersey in all events for the next twelve months or will he only be allowed to wear the jersey in a TT race.

    He can only wear it in a TT race. He is not the road race WC, so he cannot wear it during 1 day races or on non TT stages of stage races.
