This is probably a silly question but I'll ask anyway.
The newer shimano xt m8000 and slx m7000 chain rings these should work fine with 10 speed chains?
I'm looking at new cranks to put on one of my bikes so I can reuse an old deore crank on a commuter bike.
I'm sure I have read the only difference was the outer plates being narrower to accommodate the extra gear, I'll be using a kmc x10 extra light chain with a sunrace mx3 cassette.
Other wise I'll see about buying the crank arms separately and get an absolute black chain ring to fit.
