It's a part from inside a di2 external battery mount.

    Go to the Shimano website use the "Search" box for the manuals/information.

    There should be a tech drawing listing every part with it's unique reference number.

    There hopefully will be that information and a link to highlight details how to fit the part you require.

    Just google the number to find place/price of the part you require.

    You might be lucky that the part is available as a single item. Just be aware you may have to purchase a complete system where the piece belongs.

    Fingers crossed it's the first suggestion.

    ps. Anybody else reading this use the same method for your search. The Shimano web site is pretty detailed with the correct torque settings etc. I would also like to add, sometimes not all the information you require to fit the part correctly is shown. The devil is in the detail or lack of it. Maybe a bit hit or miss but there may be some help available on YT. Also there may be a choice available which are very good or not so good copies. If you stick with genuine parts from Shimano which may cost more but you know are the right dimensions it should sort you out straight away.

    Then there is the small matter of having the correct tools to do the job.
